2. Applicability

These Terms & Conditions apply to all offers, bookings, agreements, workshops, and sales of products provided by Monique Clara, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

By booking a workshop, purchasing a product, or using this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

3. Workshops & Bookings

3.1 Booking & Payment

Workshop bookings are only confirmed after full payment has been received, unless agreed otherwise.
Prices listed on the website are in euros (€) and include VAT at checkout, unless stated otherwise.

3.2 Cancellation by Participant

You may cancel your workshop booking for free up to 7 days before the scheduled date.
If you cancel within 7 days, you may reschedule your workshop for a later date but are not entitled to a refund.
No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the starting time of the workshop will not be eligible for rescheduling or refunds

If you cannot attend, you may transfer your spot to someone else after informing me in advance.

3.3 Cancellation by Organizer

Monique Clara reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a workshop due to illness, insufficient participants, force majeure, or unforeseen circumstances.
In such cases, participants will receive a full refund or be offered an alternative date.

4. Participation & Safety

Participation in workshops is at your own risk.
Participants must follow all safety instructions provided during the workshop.
Monique Clara is not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages incurred during the workshop due to participant negligence or failure to adhere to safety guidelines.
If you have medical conditions or physical limitations that may affect participation, you are responsible for informing us beforehand.

5. Products & Handmade Items

All handmade items are unique and may vary slightly in color, shape, and finish.
Minor variations do not constitute grounds for complaints or refunds.
Returns are only accepted if agreed in advance or if required by Dutch consumer law.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, text, designs, and workshop materials, remains the intellectual property of Monique Clara
Content may not be copied, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

7. Photography & Promotion

During workshops, photos or videos may be taken for promotional purposes (e.g. website or social media).
If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform us before the workshop starts.

8. Privacy

Personal data is handled in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

9. Changes to Terms

Monique Clara reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
The most current version will always be available on the website.
